Everyone loves a magician! If you plan on being a magician yourself, well, first thing’s first: You have to learn some magic tricks, and part of that means learning some basic magic trick secrets. Fortunately, plenty of them are easy to learn and don’t need a lot of props.

You’ll need coins and some playing cards to learn some of the most common tricks. These tricks are fun, and you’ll learn technical skills as well as the art of misdirection.

Card tricks are a favorite amongst beginning magicians, because they are easy to learn and use. While there are different card kits available, it would probably be best to begin using a standard deck of cards. You’ll learn proper magic techniques that won’t force you to depend on props.

Starting out with easier tricks is one of the best magic trick secrets around. It takes quite a while to learn and master the more difficult tricks.

It can take months and months to perfectly perform an illusion trick. So to help you boost your self-confidence, it’s always best to begin by learning simple tricks. You’ll get results faster, which will be very encouraging to you; you’ll feel more successful.

Your audience can still be wowed by even the easiest of magic tricks to learn. Even so, you’ll need to practice if you want to impress the crowd with your tricks. You can begin by practicing on various objects in the house until you decide to buy more specialized items.

In the meantime, it is essential that you feel able to perform in front of people. Try your tricks out on people you know before attempting larger crowds.

Distraction and misdirection is a fine art, and one of the greatest magic trick secrets you’ll need in your bag of tricks. Even after you’ve learned a trick, you should consider how you’ll misdirect your audience’s attention so that they won’t spot (or suspect) what you’re actually doing.

Not only does misdirection keep an audience on their toes, but it also helps you complete your tricks without revealing them.

Magicians have their own style of performing, so you’ll need to discover what yours is. Your tricks should be fun and interesting, yes, but so should your words and gestures.

Audio With Dolby Digital - The Best Sound Effects

One of the major players in the surround sound game is the Dolby Digital technology that is used by many of the new systems. When we go to the theater, they often advertise that the movie we are about to see is being broadcast with “Dolby Digital Surround Sound.” This is supposed to impress the moviegoers and the home theater system purchasers. But does anybody actually know what the Dolby Digital technology consists of? There are many variations within the Dolby Digital technology, but the basic idea remains the same throughout the variations.

The Dolby Digital title refers to the digital enhancement of sending and receiving audio signals for audio equipment. As they were one of the predecessors of this type of technology and also being marketed well, the system is now widely accepted as being the leader in the field and ensuring it’s wide spread use in most audio systems.

The Dolby Digital technology can support either a single channel or several channels so that audio can be broadcast either with stereo or monophonic qualities. It is used mainly with digital devices (DVD player, CD player, digital TV, movie theaters, etc.) and there is a special type of Dolby Digital technology that can be used to enhance your gaming experiences in a more realistic way.

The Dolby technology started out about 50 years ago by a man named Ray Dolby. His idea was to reduce the white noise and static that occurred on many sound sources, such as tapes. The white noise on many sources is characterized by static-like noises that take away from the clarity of the audio. This technology began to be used by record companies, but quickly moved on to be used in movies and theaters.

As a result the Dolby Digital technology was born. Originally it was in a very compressed formatting aimed at the movie theaters. The first time this technology was used en mass was in a movie by the name of “Batman Returns” in 1992. It merged a stereo sound using left and right channels to produce a much more sharp sound. As a result of the success of this initial movie it became the standard way to make movie sound systems.

The original Dolby Digital moves onward, having made it’s mark the technology has and will continue to improve over time. It’s legacy of changing the way moviegoers experience the theater continues with further immersion of sight and sound melding together to enhance the story and helping to create a pleasant and sometimes exciting memory. Having jumped from an elitist movie theater experience to the home was the next logical step. Home theaters have become the “in thing” where surround sound systems blast acoustic sounds in waves that vibrate the bones of the audience, it is no wonder that Dolby Digital is embraced and applauded for it’s contribution to entertainment.

Diets - Glorified Prisons

If our grandparents and great-grandparents knew how the diet-, food- and pharmaceutical industries have a hold on us, they would surely turn in their graves. There is a pill for everything, there is a diet for everyone and every body style, even every blood type. Today we are bombarded with “shoulds” and “should not’s” and people feel guilty for eating foods in the first place. Some feel that just looking at foods makes them gain an ounce (heavens forbid). What a joke!

We are bombarded with these attitudes that program our minds and thus are consumed with information that only serves to confuse us and make us feel overwhelmed and stressed out. And then we suffer from heart disease, early strokes or get diagnosed with diseases that didn’t exist 10 or 20 years ago.

Why do we let this happen in today’s society? Why do we let “them” have such a hold on us? And why is it that no one sees that we have become slaves to the diet industry?

Our bodies are meant to be healthy vehicles for us and food was meant to be here to nourish our bodies and for us to enjoy and savor it. Somehow over the past few decades, our bodies have become our enemies that are forever imperfect and need to be molded, reshaped and even go under the knife for corrections. I dare you to regain your freedom and gratitude for your body and to stop putting it through so much torture.

Here are 4 tips that can help:

1. Stop looking for answers “out there:” No matter what you’re looking for, you already have all the answers. If you have been diagnosed with a disease, ask your Higher Self for the reasons. You manifested the disease, you allowed it to happen, ask your Higher Self why you manifested whatever it is you’re experiencing and how to heal yourself. Remember that we are never given more than we can handle, and when it seems like we are given too much, there is always a way out. Seek the answer and you will find it.

2. Meditation and breath work: I can’t stress the important of spending time alone with your Self in silence. Start your time alone by breathing with intention. Watch your breathing throughout your day and take deeps breaths throughout your day. Meditation is hard for most people because they feel they’re not doing anything. That’s exactly the point; we are human beings, not human doings. And peace and happiness come from a state of being.

3. Use your body: Your body was designed to be moved around so you can accomplish whatever you have come to accomplish. In Europe the average person walks 2 miles a day, most of which is to and from work, going grocery shopping and so on. In the US we hardly walk 100 yards a day because most people have cars and are just plain too lazy and too busy otherwise. Use your body, it’s why you have created it in the first place. If walking to and from work is too far or too inconvenient, get a gym membership. Get your body moving.

4. Learn to love all of your body: I can’t tell you how many people I have heard say that they hate a certain part on their body, or even all of it. Yet if our country’s leader would announce that he hated all of its citizens we would have immediate war. 70 billion living cells manage the functions of our bodies and yet when we tell one body part that we dislike it then we do just that: we declare war on the entire body. Instead help your 70 trillion living cells to cooperate with each other so they can work on rebuilding your body and keeping your body healthy. Start by expressing to your body how grateful you are for the things that do work and the body parts that do look great. Feel your 70 trillion living cells relax and come to peace with what their jobs are and watch a miracle take place right within your own body. Soon your body will be your greatest ally and your best friend and will give you all the energy you need so you can be empowered and about your true purpose here.

Do you believe the magazine articles, radio and television commercials, your friends, trainers and gym rats? How are you to ever make any real changes when you are not even sure what is fact or fiction? Do you do sit-ups, crunches, cardio, take diet pills, supplements, or use ab gadgets such as the ab belt or ab roller?

Free yourself from the frustrations of misinformation. Burn the belly fat and create the sexy hot abs you have always desired. You can continue to follow the infomercials and the magazine ads or you can open your mind to the truth. There is no free lunch, but there is hope.

If your like most people you are not interested in doing ab exercises to strengthen the muscles. The truth is you want hot abs to make the opposite sex drool. If this is your goal then exercises that concentrate on the abs are not the best way to attack that belly fat.

Science has proven that the key to burning fat is your metabolic rate. Whether you are looking to lose belly fat or any other fat on your body increasing your metabolic rate is the key to success. You have to get away from the exercises you typically think about when working on your ab muscles.

Multi-joint exercises are the key to belly fat loss. These full body exercises of the back, legs, and chest will release the fat burning hormones within your body. A good full body workout increases your metabolic rate enough to burn fat.

So when you go to the gym have your workout planned. Do bench presses, squats, dumbbell presses, and other exercises that concentrate on the big three areas - legs, chest and back. Leave the cell phone at home and don’t use gym time to socialize. You need to make your workouts intense. Maybe 30 seconds between sets and 2 minutes between exercises.
